In the Loma Homes tradition of loving transformation, we turned a quaint 3-bedroom bungalow into a glamorous, sprawling 6-bedroom vacation rental that feels more like your own private boutique hotel. Our Instagram followers helped us decide on wallpaper, paint colors, and whether or not a pink flamingo bathroom was a good idea (the answer was a clear “yes!”).
Now, we’re ready to open our doors to our first guests!
The Beverly is located on Hollywood Street—just a 2-minute walk from the powdery sands of Miramar Beach—which inspired us to bring a little of the opposite coast to Florida and model this vacation rental on the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel in LA. Palm fronds, sea birds, rose-pink hues, black-and-white stripes, gold hardware, and other 1920s Hollywood details create the ultimate retro-glam getaway.
Wake up with your favorite people and meander to the eat-in kitchen for coffee and pancakes, then stroll to one of Florida’s best beaches. Afterward, cool off with cocktails in your own private pool. Or wait for the sun to go down—the pool is perfect for night swims under the stars.
